Content Use & Rights

I authorize Return to Zero HOPE to use my name, likeness, image, voice, video recording, and presentation materials in perpetuity for educational, promotional, archival, and online training purposes consistent with RTZ HOPE's mission. This includes but is not limited to hosting content on Thinkific and other platforms RTZ HOPE uses to serve bereaved families and providers.

I commit to using respectful, inclusive, and trauma-informed language throughout my presentation, with awareness that RTZ HOPE serves a diverse community affected by pregnancy and infant loss, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ families.
